ANSA-EAP is looking for a Community Development Specialist.
In general, the Community Development Specialist, shall be responsible for the organization and the development of the chapters in target cities and municipalities. The Community Development Specialist directly reports to the Project Manager.
Under the guidance of advisers and the Project manager, s/he shall develop strategies, guide and provide direction and technical assistance to Community Facilitators (CFs). Likewise, s/he will closely supervise the CFs under her/his jurisdiction.
Applicants should have finished a 4 year course with background in solid organizing. The position is NCR based with 40k salary (less taxes, etc).
