The Indonesia Parliamentary Center (IPC) is a non-government organization established on July 8, 2005 to promote democratic governance.
The center was established by individuals with experience in monitoring the performance of the Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (Indonesian Parliament) since the fall of Suharto and the strengthening of the Indonesia National Parliament in the renewed constitutional framework.
It aims to examine the structural changes needed to strengthen the performance of the National Parliament in developing and passing legislation, oversight and passage.
Its work is supported by European Union and Tifa Foundation.
