Partner groups share the Mongolian Government’s vision of eradicating corruption and building the trust of the people. Partners consist mostly of NGOs that do academic and policy research, budget reviews, government monitoring and capacity-building projects. Mongolian partners do not separate themselves from the government even if they take on the objective role of evaluating the performance of the public sector. Instead, they help in the effective implementation of the country’s Anti-Corruption Law.
