Among social accountability tools, procurement monitoring appears to be one of the most urgent and challenging as it directly demonstrates the interests of key stakeholders at play and the immediate results in terms of direct access to information, efficiency and productivity and direct participation and engagement of citizen groups. A burning issue

I’ve been warned.  Winter time in Denmark is extremely, sometimes unbearably, cold.  So when I stepped out of the airport, with four layers of clothing, I expected no less.
