SAN Chey, ANSA-EAP’s Cambodian Network Fellow was interviewed on Cambodian television on the current project in in mobliizing Cambodian citizens to join the Commune Investment Program (CIP), through participatory planning. It is a valued initiative welcomde by Commune Chiefs and local authorities in the target area of Takeo, Kompot and Kompong Speu.
