The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) or Republic Act (RA) 11310 has been signed into law by President Rodrigo Duterte. The new law “aims to provide financial aid to poor households that meet certain qualifications, to improve the health, nutrition and education aspect of their lives.”
We celebrate the passage of this law with our partner, the Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Pamilyang Pantawid (SNPP) , composed of parents and parent-leades of the 4Ps program, who were the primary mover of this law supported by ANSA-EAP and other partners.
