India, Bangladesh and Cambodia: a civic engagement and local governance project with civil society organisations, drawing on CSO experience of influencing local governance reform and promoting social accountability in India since the 1990s. This initiative has involved training and mentoring, to introduce innovative social accountability tools and ensure their takeup by a range of local stakeholders.
