Community Scorecard Interface meeting between the Children and LGU Officials of Ormoc City

LGU officials and children of Ormoc City were all smiles after the community scorecard interface meeting. The interface meeting is the centerpiece of the community scorecard process in social accountability.

In the video below, a child representative presents the FGD results they gathered from children in the barangays on the latter’s Yolanda experience and their recommendations for policy development. One issue is the lack of child-friendly spaces in evacuation centers. This is part of Project CHARGE rolled out by ANSA-EAP and Save the Children.
