Last November 2012, ANSA-EAP, the Commission on Audit and the Departnment of Public Works and Higway launched the Citizen Participatory Audit (CPA) Project. The project aims to “enhance government transparency through citizen participation in the audit process and to increase awareness that a vigilant and involved citizenry promotes greater accountability in government”.
During th launch COA Chairperson Ma. Gracia M. Pulido Tan, and DPWH Secretary Rogelio L. Singson delivered messages to the participants which can be sen below.
